They need at least 5 votes out of 7.....and they don't have it. Note that only Ken Welch is talking about this gas tax....no other commissioner.Tom Rasknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6576993731992352882.post-68684310918777019082015-02-23T09:30:45.430-05:002015-02-23T09:30:45.430-05:00They asked us to vote. They need to listen to voters and do what is necessary to implement the plan they have, that we voted for. <br />The first step to improvement is no Brad Miller and no Ken Welch.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08363524132988906916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6576993731992352882.post-51702548339704256002015-02-23T09:29:34.712-05:002015-02-23T09:29:34.712-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08363524132988906916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6576993731992352882.post-36451837647446380512015-02-22T06:32:40.095-05:002015-02-22T06:32:40.095-05:00Hear! He has ignored the states laws by engaging in electioneering while on duty ( a misdemeanor). He has recommended to the board, in a public meeting, that a course be followed because it would enable them to get around the voters and avoid a referendum. He is a bad actor operating outside the law and outside the public trust. In addition, he is incompetent. Contractors and other firms trying to do business with PSTA find them unreasonable and unpredictable. PSTA will never be able to act as a good steward of the assets and the money entrusted to them until this lawless CEO is jettisoned and replaced with a competent and ethical person.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03273170705881219556noreply@blogger.com
